First of all, let it be reminded that all EPFL students are automatically members of the AGEPoly. As such, students are the legislative body of the association and therefore are the ones that elect members at the executive committee and vote on decisions. Elections and voting are held during the General Assemblies (GA) of the AGEPoly that occurs at least once a semester. All students are invited.
A few weeks before the GA, two chambers are formed: the student representative chamber and the executive committee chamber. The student representatives are all invited to the former. The role of this conference is to give notice on future elections and decisions. Later during the GA, the opinions of the two chambers are contrasted.
