A little word 🪶

Hello! My name is Omayma Hadiji, I am an IN BA6 student and I'm applying to the Copresident position !

After 2 years as a teammate, I had the opportunity to be a part of the AGEPoly Executive committee this year as the Head of Services. This experience brought me a lot, on the associative and personnal plan, and that's why I want to keep investing myself in it.

Among all of my associative experiences, my role in AGEPoly is the one that brought me the most satisfaction, because this is where I felt like my work had the most impact.

Through this investment, I would like to ensure that the committee can carry out all their projects whilst ensuring that AGEPoly’s objectives are successfully achieved

Hi, I'm Asmâa! After two years as a teammate and one in the committee as Administrator, I now want to keep investing myself for the students, but this time as Copresident. My goal is to ensure a genuine continuity within AGEPoly and to carry out its projects with coherence. Alongside the rest of the committee, we will need to maintain dialogue and a privileged relation with the direction, so that the students' interests keep being defended and in the center of every project. For me, this can only be achieved through a cohesive structure; we need to strengthen our internal processes to have more influence with the school!

Administrator

Responsible for the accounting of all AGEPoly with the help of our accounting secretary: management of bank accounts, the direction committee's and the commissions' cashflows, as well as our professional accounting tool. Preparation and presentation of the budget and accounts voted on in the General Assembly, analysis and allocation of requests for subsidies and sponsorship. Also handles management of all of AGEPoly's insurances as well as the employees management with the copresidency.

Hi! My name is Celestin Lohmann and I am an SV BA6 student. Over the course of this year, I’ve had the chance to explore and get a taste of accounting at Agepoly through my role as treasurer of a committee (one that involves a lot of love). It’s a world that seems absolutely off-putting at first glance, but one that I’ve come to enjoy and which has proved to be a very rewarding experience.

That is why I am applying for the role of administrator today. Having been involved with several different associations, it is within AGEPoly that I wish to get more deeply involved, and I will do everything in my power to ensure that the society does not face financial collapse.

General Secretary

Relieves the presidency of part of the operational work not assigned to any particular position and monitors cross-functional projects. Internal coordination and continuous improvement: reread, follow up and give opinions on this or that file from different positions so that no file falls through due to lack of follow-up. Overall, be aware of what is happening within all the poles of the association.

Hi, I'm Veronika! You might already know me as the Co-Head of Representation for '25-'26. This past year on the Executive Board has allowed me to better discover and understand the internal structure of our association. I have learned a lot about how AGEPoly operates, and I would now like to get more involved internally.

From managing unexpected challenges and supporting the presidency to assisting the committee and guiding the teams – I want to be wherever I am needed. I would like to invest myself more deeply within AGEPoly to better understand its needs and contribute to its continuous improvement, placing a strong emphasis on the human and interpersonal aspects.

Eyyo!

My name is Alonso Coaguila (IN-BA6) and this time I am running for the position of General Secretary of AGEPoly.

After 4 years of involvement with AGEPoly, including 3 years as a team member and one year on the committee, I want to go for another round! The atmosphere on the committee this year was so incredible that I want to experience it for one more year.

This time, in addition to representation work, I want to broaden my scope of action to really work at the very heart of the association. My goal as General Secretary would be to be a true "Swiss Army knife" for the committee. I want to explore various fields, rethink our internal workflows, and above all, collaborate with as many people as possible to help facilitate everyone's projects.

Hallooooo!

My motivation and experience will help me advocate for student interests at EPFL. That is why, through this position, I wish to continue dedicating my time to improving the daily lives of students, whether on an academic level or regarding well-being on campus.

A little word 🪶

Hello,

I’m Raphaël, I’m in PH-BA6, and representation is my passion! I’ve been a delegate for three mandates, which has enabled me to work on a wide range of topics at EPFL, such as arrangements for people with disabilities, the s’ÉPanouir-FLourish project, and exam scripts reviews. I’ve also been actively involved in the feminist association Polyquity for the past two years. These two roles have allowed me to collaborate closely with AGEPoly’s representation team.

This year, I’d like to step up my involvement by becoming co-head of representation, in order to better defend students’ rights and foster the emergence of new projects. One goal that is especially close to my heart is to empower delegates to take more initiative at the EPFL level.

See you soon in AG or on campus 😊 😊
