At your disposal to listen to and help you !

The SRC is an advisory body of AGEPoly, here if you need help or if you need someone to talk to. RSC is a gateway to professional systems, both internal to EPFL and external, to help you with your approaches. There are currently five students at your disposal at any time to help and listen to you.
The SRC goals are :
Listening to you if you are facing an issue and redirect you toward a competent authority from EPFL or the canton Vaud to relieve you from your mental burden ;
Helping the Direction Committee from AGEPoly to make decisions when a situation is internal to the association.
Why contact the SRC ?
If you are an internal member from AGEPoly and have an internal problem that you don't/can't discuss with the committee.
RSC is a gateway to help you deal with the situation.
If you are victim of harassment, discrimination or any type of sexist or sexual violence.
RSC will listen to you, inform you and help direct you to the internal or external services at your disposal.
If you are suffering from depression, burn out or are in psychological distress.
RSC will listen to, inform you and direct you so that you can get all the help you need.
How does the RSC work ?
RSC is composed of 5 volunteers, trained by La Main Tendue to listen, to handle the process of a first consultation, to know about the Swiss social network (VSS, financial, emergency housing, mental health, etc.) and the internal system of EPFL ... (according to status). They are non professionals and give from their free time and their ears to listen to you and redirect you when necessary.
What you share with us stays between us, you can check out the confidentiality chart, signed by the cell's members.
The members of the RSC are non preofessionnals and can therefore not take any responsibility.
We want to remind that we are non professionnals and can therefore take no responsibility. In case of a situation external to the association, your data will be deleted after the case is handled. A confidentiality clause guarantees that no information will be disclosed. Finally, take note that if you are a minor, we have a legal obligation to report it.
