Benjamin Faltin

Copresident
Together, the two co-presidents coordinate and support the committee members to ensure the successful completion of their projects. The co-presidents are the face of the association; they participate in numerous school events such as the Welcome and the Magistrale, and frequently interact with entities inside and outside EPFL. Similarly, the co-presidents actively participate in the administrative management of AGEPoly and engage in long-term thinking.
General Secretary
François Théron

General Secretary
Relieves the presidency of part of the operational work not assigned to any particular position and monitors cross-functional projects. Internal coordination and continuous improvement: reread, follow up and give opinions on this or that file from different positions so that no file falls through due to lack of follow-up. Overall, be aware of what is happening within all the poles of the association.
Head of Animation
Olivier Avanzo

Animation
Head of fun on campus! With a team at their side that supports them all year round, whether at the Chalets de l'Avent, Back to Easter or Polypatat. For each, you have to manage the organization from A to Z and supervise the crazy ideas of the animation team members! Joy and smiles guaranteed!! The animation team also advises and supports the other AGEPoly divisions and has privileged contact with the campus associations and events entities in EPFL.

Omayma Hadiji

Services
In charge of providing services to students. Between Boursobouquins, Boursoskis and Boursovélos, the Services team is present all year round on campus to make students' daily lives easier. Also manages AGEPoly partnerships: good deals and discounts made available to students. Manages stocks of goodies and clothing at the shop.

Copresident

Representation
The two Representation Managers are responsible for coordinating student representation within the school, particularly through participation in the Conference of Section Directors. They work in collaboration with their team on a multitude of projects to improve the daily study conditions of students, and on the drafting of AGEPoly's position papers. They also organize the election of delegates, their training, their coordination through the Representation Assembly and assist their representation work.
Head of Sport
Ikram Sahraoui

Sports
Organizes multiple sporting events to get the campus moving in a fun and good-natured way. Ski weekends, all kinds of sports initiations, or even sports tournaments, there is something for everyone. So it is mainly events! Participate in discussions with the school to better integrate sport on campus.
Head of Logistics
Maxime Busz

Logistique
Manages, repairs and lends equipment to campus associations and committees, so that they can carry out projects and events with good quality shared equipment. Has a key role in many events! Manages and coordinates the use of AGEPoly premises. In charge of forklift operators responsible for moving large equipment such as construction site barriers.
Administratrice
Asmâa Hilmani

Administrator
Responsible for the accounting of all AGEPoly: management of bank accounts, coordination of our intranet, our committees and commissions, as well as our professional accounting tool maintained by our accountant. Preparation and presentation of the budget and accounts voted on in the General Assembly, analysis and allocation of requests for subsidies and sponsorship.

Prevention
Conducts various prevention initiatives; their role is a mix of services, activities, and representation. They provide the student community with prevention materials, events, and training for associations. They organize events and projects that promote prevention on campus. They participate in the school's discussions and projects related to prevention.

Commissions
Assure la coordination, le soutien et le suivi de nos 16 commissions. A un contact direct avec elles pour les aider au quotidien et organise des soirées inter-commissions ou inter-associations afin de créer des interactions entre commissions/associations sur le campus. Crée ses propres projets tels que, ces dernières années, des réflexions profondes sur la structure de certaines commissions.
Head of Communication
Elena Dimitratchkova

Communication
Coordinates AGEPoly's external communications. Their mission is to maintain an overview of the association's events and projects. They seek to reach every student through strategic communication. They initiate and monitor projects led by their team and assist, as needed, in the creation of posters, Instagram posts, photo/video content, stickers, newsletters, Telegram messages, and other forms of communication. Their challenge is to maintain a unique AGEP identity for everything they create while also innovating so as not to tire our members!
IT manager
Arthur Chalard

Informatique
Management and maintenance of the association’s IT and digital systems. He is also responsible for the infrastructure and all web services used by AGEPoly. The manager’s mission is to supervise projects and ensure the sustainability of technical solutions.

Teams
Team members, also called members of the Operational Support Commissions, support the committee members in order to do even more! Joining a team is a superb human experience that allows you to discover the Association, learn lots of things and meet almost a hundred team members!
Sport team

Dans l’équipe sport, you will have the opportunity to learn how to organize and manage various sporting events, of very different sizes. The projects are divided according to the interests of the team members. Whether it is to organize unusual sports initiations, tournaments, screenings or even Polyski, there is something for everyone!
Communication Team

L’équipe communication ensures the coherent and engaging broadcast of AGEPoly's informations to the students. The team, Composed of photographers, graphic designers, videographers and social media managers, combines specialties and versatility : each member can explore several roles and get involved in projects that interest them. Meeting weekly, the team develops strategies, creates visuals, writes content, and innovates while maintaining a strong and recognizable identity for the association.
IT team

L’équipe informatique The IT team is segmented into 4 working groups. First the “front-end”, i.e. the development of ergonomic and fast interfaces for our many users. The “back-end”, which exposes documented APIs for the front-end and other services. A third development group maintains the accounting software modules. Finally, these three divisions are based on a new, more robust and easier-to-use infrastructure.

Representation team

The representation team meets on a weekly basis. It discusses current affairs related to studies and what is happening on campus. It writes position papers on behalf of AGEpoly, takes part in working groups set up by the management and works on projects emanating from the team. It also influences the external policy of AGEpoly at the Swiss and international level.
Animation Team

L’équipe animation The animation team offers different activities and events on and off campus. By joining the team, you will be able to participate in the organization of our recurring events such as PolyNite, Back From Easter, the Advent chalets or PolyNice, but also bring your ideas for new animations or events, the possibilities are endless!
Prevention team

At the beginning of the year, the responsibilities of the different projects are distributed among the members of the prevention team (usually 2 managers per project). Any other member of the team can help contribute according to interests. There is usually a weekly meeting (~1h30). There are always existing projects to develop, however any new idea is welcome! What makes the Prevention pole strong is also its flexibility! Depending on availability and interest, representation roles can be taken (e.g. participation in working groups with EPFL).
Logistic team

L’équipe logistique The logistics team lends AGEPoly equipment to campus associations and commissions to facilitate the organization of events for students. It also offers them certain logistics services. Throughout the year, you will be able to independently carry out projects that are important to you to improve the conditions for organizing events on campus and develop the range of equipment available. You will also have the opportunity to repair and maintain a variety of equipment and build superb pallet chalets, a great way to apply your engineering skills!
Intern team

Au sein de l’équipe interneWithin the internal team, you will work with 2 members of the Direction Committee: the Administrator and the Head of Commissions. You will be able to accomplish tasks ranging from helping to create budgets as well as monitoring them. You will participate in the organization of internal events such as the inter-commissions. Finally, you will also be able to help set up multidisciplinary projects.
Services team

L’équipe services The services team has many different projects that range from managing the stock of items in the shop, to organizing events such as the various “bourso” and the sale of skis or finding good deals by talking to external companies. It is also the organization of goodie bags as well as those of breakfast distributions. It is a very broad pole that also leaves room for your new ideas and where you will inevitably find something you like!
The Control Commissions
The General Control Commission (CCG) ensures that all of the Association’s activities comply with the Association’s rules. It provides an advisory opinion.

The Accounts Control Commission (CCC) is responsible for verifying the legitimacy of the Association's financial movements and processes at the end of each accounting year.
