The AGEPoly is acquiring legal counsel for academic matters. This involves a partnership with FAE, the Federation of Student Associations at UNIL, along with its legal service [link]. The goal is to have an external interpretation of EPFL’s regulations to address common questions from the representation sector and provide legal insights regarding specific cases, particularly during exams. More information on the latter use case will be provided as exams approach. As for the former, the FAQ page for study-related questions has been initiated.

If you believe that your rights during exams have not been respected:
- If this concerns multiple people in your class, don’t hesitate to contact your class representatives, with whom we will discuss this generalized case, possibly with the help of the legal council. If your representatives are unreachable, you can also contact us directly.
- If this concerns you specifically and not necessarily others, please contact us directly as well.

In its first year, our collaboration handled around 30 cases, about half of which were students asking for clarification of their specific situations, the rest being more general requests that enabled us to improve our interpretation of the regulations. The answers to some of these questions are now available in our FAQ page for study-related questions [link], after anonymization if necessary.
