D\u00e9charge la pr\u00e9sidence d\u2019une partie de l\u2019op\u00e9rationnel n\u2019\u00e9tant attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 aucun poste en particulier et fait du suivi de projets transversaux. Coordination interne et am\u00e9lioration continue : relire, relancer et donner des avis sur tel ou tel dossier de diff\u00e9rents postes afin qu\u2019aucun dossier ne tombe \u00e0 l\u2019eau par manque de suivi. Globalement, \u00eatre au courant de ce qu’il se passe au sein de tous les p\u00f4les de l’association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsable du fun sur le campus ! Toujours entour\u00e9\u00b7e de son \u00e9quipe, iel organise tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e des \u00e9v\u00e9nements comme les Chalets de l\u2019Avent, Back to P\u00e2ques ou encore Polypatat. Pour chacun d\u2019eux, il faut g\u00e9rer l\u2019organisation de A \u00e0 Z tout en encadrant les id\u00e9es (parfois d\u00e9lirantes) des \u00e9quipier\u22c5\u00e8re\u22c5s animation ! Joie et sourires garantis ! L\u2019\u00e9quipe anim soutient aussi les autres p\u00f4les de l\u2019AGEPoly et entretient un lien privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 avec les associations du campus ainsi que les acteurs de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nementiel \u00e0 l\u2019EPFL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coordinates AGEPoly's external communications. Their mission is to maintain an overview of the association's events and projects. They seek to reach every student through strategic communication. They initiate and monitor projects led by their team and assist, as needed, in the creation of posters, Instagram posts, photo\/video content, stickers, newsletters, Telegram messages, and other forms of communication. Their challenge is to maintain a unique AGEP identity for everything they create while also innovating so as not to tire our members!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019\u00e9quipe informatique <\/strong>The IT<\/strong> team is segmented into 4 working groups. First the \u201cfront-end\u201d, i.e. the development of ergonomic and fast interfaces for our many users. The \u201cback-end\u201d, which exposes documented APIs for the front-end and other services. A third development group maintains the accounting software modules. Finally, these three divisions are based on a new, more robust and easier-to-use infrastructure.

At the beginning of the year, the responsibilities of the different projects are distributed among the members of the prevention team<\/strong> (usually 2 managers per project). Any other member of the team can help contribute according to interests. There is usually a weekly meeting (~1h30). There are always existing projects to develop, however any new idea is welcome! What makes the Prevention pole strong is also its flexibility! Depending on availability and interest, representation roles can be taken (e.g. participation in working groups with EPFL).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

L’\u00e9quipe logistique <\/strong>The logistics team<\/strong> lends AGEPoly equipment to campus associations and commissions to facilitate the organization of events for students. It also offers them certain logistics services. Throughout the year, you will be able to independently carry out projects that are important to you to improve the conditions for organizing events on campus and develop the range of equipment available. You will also have the opportunity to repair and maintain a variety of equipment and build superb pallet chalets, a great way to apply your engineering skills!  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

You will be able to accomplish tasks ranging from helping to create budgets as well as monitoring them. You will participate in the organization of internal events such as the inter-commissions. Finally, you will also be able to help set up multidisciplinary projects.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019\u00e9quipe services <\/strong>The services team<\/strong> has many different projects that range from managing the stock of items in the shop, to organizing events such as the various \u201cbourso\u201d and the sale of skis or finding good deals by talking to external companies. It is also the organization of goodie bags as well as those of breakfast distributions. It is a very broad pole that also leaves room for your new ideas and where you will inevitably find something you like!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
