Here is some context for you: there are two ordinary GAs per year, one in October-November and one in May. They must be accepted or rejected, and this in the order in which they were submitted. The collection of amendments is done via an electronic form; amendments that are not submitted in this way are not taken into account. Here is the procedure:<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list has-neve-text-color-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-86046e5d038a075225790ad5af35555e\">\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-text-color-color\">D\u00e9crire l\u2019amendement sur <\/mark>un formulaire (disponible pendant l&rsquo;AG)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-text-color-color\">To officially declare the amendment: raise your hand, and as soon as you have the floor, you propose the amendment orally on the point under discussion. It is at this point that the amendment is considered to be proposed, provided that it has been previously filed on the form.<\/mark><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-text-color-color\">The amendment is posted and discussed by the
