The working group quickly decided to focus on two distinct objectives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first: clarifying the hiring of AEs. Currently, a hire sometimes consists of no more than an oral contract. We therefore want each hire to include a set of information, such as the job description and the distribution of working hours, communicated by the teaching staff.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second objective is to identify and clarify the different types of insurance\/rights that AEs have, particularly in cases of illness or accident. For example, who is responsible for finding a replacement if the AE falls ill? Should a sick AE with a medical certificate continue to be paid?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this context, discussions are taking place between representatives from the School's Human Resources, the Preparatory Center (CePro), the School Assembly, and AGEPoly.&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019AGEPoly participe \u00e0 un groupe de travail autour de ce qui encadre le travail d\u2019assistant\u00b7e \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e (AE).
