The AGEPoly is participating in a working group focused on the framework surrounding student assistant (AE) work. The working group quickly decided to focus on two distinct objectives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first: clarifying the hiring of AEs. Currently, a hire sometimes consists of no more than an oral contract. We therefore want each hire to include a set of information, such as the job description and the distribution of working hours, communicated by the teaching staff. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The second objective is to identify and clarify the different types of insurance\/rights that AEs have, particularly in cases of illness or accident. For example, who is responsible for finding a replacement if the AE falls ill? Should a sick AE with a medical certificate continue to be paid? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In this context, discussions are taking place between representatives from the School's Human Resources, the Preparatory Center (CePro), the School Assembly, and AGEPoly. <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
