The AGEPoly will hold its next Ordinary General Assembly on Wednesday, November 11th 2026, at 6:15PM on Lausanne EPFL campus,\u00a0in a room to be defined<\/strong>. The main topics of this meeting will be the budgets for the coming year, the presentation of the financial statements for the past year, and the approval of the 2025\u20132026 committee\u2019s actions. It\u2019s all on the agenda \ud83d\udc47!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will use the voting procedures outlined in the voting procedures section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The documents will be available in the \u201cDocuments\u201d section below as soon as they are published, no later than October 31, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The votes will be conducted electronically. For this, you will need a computer or a phone that may navigate on the internet. Feel free to contact us if you are unable to get one on the evening of the General Assembly. All information regarding its use will be provided at the beginning of the GA.
