  • Prochaine Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire: 14 avril 2026

    L’AGEPoly tiendra sa prochaine Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire le mardi 14 avril 2026 à 18h15 en CO1. Cette AGE est convoquée conformément à l’article 13 alinéa 2 des statuts par une demande d’un vingtième des membres. Ainsi, plus de 580 membres de l’AGEPoly ont demandé à convoquer une assemblée générale avec l’ordre du jour suivant.

    Voting Procedures

    Les votes seront organisés par voie électronique. Pour cela, tu auras besoin d’un ordinateur ou d’un téléphone. N’hésite pas à nous écrire si tu ne peux pas t’en procurer un le jour de l’AG. Toutes les informations concernant l’utilisation seront présentées en début d’AG. Pour voter, il faut être présent dans la salle.

What is the purpose of a General Meeting?

The GA is the supreme decision-making body of AGEPoly, so if you want to know what we do and have an impact on it, now is the time! Here is some context for you: there are two ordinary GAs per year, one in October-November and one in May. In addition, it happens that extraordinary GAs must be held in order to deal with “non-usual” subjects or when the subjects usually dealt with during an GA must be delayed.

Amendments

Un amendement est une modification directement en lien avec l’objet du vote. 

The GA may propose amendments to the points. They must be accepted or rejected, and this in the order in which they were submitted. The collection of amendments is done via an electronic form; amendments that are not submitted in this way are not taken into account. Here is the procedure:

  1. Describe the amendment on the formulaire. (disponible quelques jours avant l’AG)
  2. To officially declare the amendment: raise your hand, and as soon as you have the floor, you propose the amendment orally on the point under discussion. It is at this point that the amendment is considered to be proposed, provided that it has been previously filed on the form.
  3. The amendment is posted and discussed by the Assembly.

The amendments will then be voted on in the order in which they were proposed orally.
