Dear student,
AGEPoly wishes you an excellent back-to-school time and hopes you will have a prosperous year at EPFL! In case you do not know it yet, AGEPoly is l’Association Générale des Etudiant·e·s de
l’EPFL, i.e your association. Within AGEPoly, dozens of voluntary students work together to offer you diverse services, to animate the campus, and to ensure student body representation, in particular by organizing the elections of class representatives.
You will have to elect your class representatives (also called delegates) who will represent you in front of the institutions of EPFL. For more info about what they do: go.epfl.ch/what-delegates-do.
You will have to elect up to 2 representatives per class. We strongly encourage you to apply for this position! Here is
a thousand reasons why,

The elections will take place according to the following schedule:
- From Friday 15/09 to Friday 22/09 (23:59): candidacy phase ,
- From Saturday 23/09 to Thursday 28/09 (23:59): online election phase, directly on IS-Academia,
- From Friday 29/09: proclamation of the results by email (or 2nd round in case of a tie between several candidates).
