AGEPoly General Assembly

You are all invited to the Extraordinary General Assembly of AGEPoly (AGE) and the Ordinary General Assembly of AGEPoly (AGO) which will both take place on Thursday 19 May 2022 respectively at 6:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in SG1. The main purpose of this evening is to elect the new Management Committee who will represent you for the year 2022-2023. So come and choose your representatives!  Clean the campus 

3 vs 3 basketball tournament

On Saturday, May 21, the AGEP 3v3 basketball tournament will take place from 1:45 p.m. to 7 p.m.! It’s an event for all levels, and on the program: lots of fun, prizes and an aperitif! So don’t wait any longer and compose your team of 4 people! Registration is done here and costs 4.- per team.  Cyclotour  

Do you want to ride in solo mode or in a peloton with your friends? Come take up the challenge with us by taking part in the Cyclotour du Léman on May 22, 2022; a cycling race on a 180km loop, with breathtaking views of the waters of Lake Geneva and the surrounding mountains. Registrations are open until May 15 and cost 70.-. You can find more information on this registration link.

V-Lausanne Rally 

On June 11, come to Ecublens and take part for free in the bike rally organized by V-Lausanne! In teams of 2 to 4, the goal is to finish a cycling route dotted with fun activities as quickly as possible! Of course, great prizes and rewards are up for grabs! To participate, register here! Conference Respect 101 – Nothing About Us Without Us – What about accessibility at EPFL?

A round table conference organized by AGEPoly in collaboration with EPFL will be held at the Rolex Forum on Tuesday May 17 at 6:15 p.m. It aims to talk about accessibility issues for people with physical disabilities, suffering from a chronic illness, or subject to a psychological disorder. Parlons Santé Mentale #2

In this second video “Parlons Santé Mentale” (Let’s Talk Mental Health), a student shares her experience with depression, and warning signs to his remission. If you recognize any of the symptoms mentioned, from personal experience or from a loved one, we encourage you to seek help from a mental health professional.

AGEPoly Condoms

Several sizes of condoms are now available, always free of charge at the AGEPoly shop on the esplanade. There are also lubricant pods. Available sizes are: 49mm, 53mm (standard size) and 57mm. To find out your (true) condom size, you can simply use a tape measure.

Lunchtimes of Respect

Twice a month, you have the opportunity to participate in sessions supervised by psychologists on aspects covered in the online training “You are not alone”. The dates are already set so if you’re interested, note them down in your diary right away! More information here.

Photo Club – Lake studio May 10th

The photo club organizes various activities on the theme of photography every Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. in CE5 as well as outings! It also offers a printing service and access to the photo lab. Next week, May 10, a photo studio at the lake will be organized. More info soon on their Instagram @clubphotoepfl, their telegram group or on their website.

MUSICAL – Plenty of awesome events !

MUSICAL is coming back to you with lots of events this month of May! You are expected on Wednesdays 11, 18 and 25 for student concerts at the Montreux Jazz Café. Thereafter on Thursday, May 26 the DTS Orchestrale will take place at the Vortex and finally at Vivapoly on June 2.
