Let’s go for the last straight line of the semester! As usual, you will find in this newsletter all the hot deals and events to come. Our events start right away on Monday, with Back from Pâques and the Boursovêtements – we are waiting for you!

Back from Pâques :
Back to Pâques is back for the first time since 2019, this time as Back from Pâques! It will take place on the EPFL campus on the Place Cosandey from Monday 25th to Thursday 28th of April. There will be lots of activities, such as minigames, sumo wrestling, professional massages and food stands! It’s open to everyone and mostly free!

Boursovêtements :
The first ever Boursovêtements takes place Monday, April 25 to Wednesday, April 27 from 9am to 5pm in the Salle Polyvalente! Come buy and sell second hand clothes at low prices to participate in a more sustainable clothing consumption! There will also be a clothing repair booth run by @upfashionlab on Monday and Tuesday afternoon. To sell your clothes, you can register each item on this form and then drop them off at the event location.

CdD applications and information session :
The application phase for the AGEPoly CdD (Executive Board) is open! If you are interested in being part of the 14 EPFL students who, among other things, represent the students at the school, you can apply by writing an email to comite@agepoly.ch, no later than April 29th 2022. You should have received an email with more information on the subject.
There will also be an information session on Tuesday April 26 at 12:15 in ELA 1 where you can learn more and ask all your questions! In the meantime, you can find all the positions here and the list of candidates here.
The candidates will then be elected during the General Assembly which will take place on May 19th 2022 at 7:15pm in SG1.

Indicative feedback :
The indicative feedback on courses starts on Wednesday April 27th and lasts until May 8th.
This is your opportunity to leave a rating and comments on the courses you are taking so that the teachers can adapt them for the future. To do this, go to IS-academia, click on “Liens utiles ” and then on “Retour indicatif”! |

Conference 70 years :
On Tuesday April 26 at 6:30 pm in CO3, former members of AGEPoly will come and talk about their atypical career paths in the association at EPFL and afterwards. An aperitif will be offered at the end of the session. We are expecting many of you!

Initiation Trail :
There are still a few places left for the How to Trail Run workshop with Salomon that will take place on April 27th at 5pm! The start will be at the sports center and you will have the possibility to test some trail shoes of the brand on a 3.5km course, as well as buy equipment at a reduced price at the end! Bike tour in the Lavaux :
For those who love cycling and beautiful landscapes: The AGEP offers you a bike ride through the vineyards of the Lavaux on Sunday, May 8th. This is a 2-hour ride for all levels, with an optional return bike ride.

Bike to work :
EPFL invites you to the traditional Bike to work cycling challenge which will take place during the months of May and June! To participate, you have to
register your team here and enter the days and the number of covered kilometers in the online calendar.
Many prizes are to be won !

Screening of the Champions League semi-final :
There are still a few seats left for the screening of the Champions League semi-final between Liverpool and Villareal! It will take place on April 27th from 8pm at the spot café of the Vaudoise Arena. To register, click here!

Beach volleyball :
Spring is here and with it the opening of the registration for the LUC Beach volleyball section! There are still places available for the intermediate training on Saturday mornings at Dorigny from 12pm to 2pm with a great coach! This level is for you if you practice beach volleyball in free play and you want to improve. Training started this Saturday, April 23rd, and ends the week of August 29, totalling 20 weeks of training. For this first year, we propose a membership at 250CHF including :
One training session per week on Saturday mornings with a trainer
Access to the gym room of the university sports center
Reservation of beach courts at Dorigny (except during courses and events)
The club equipment

EPFL Risk Behavior Survey :
As a reminder, the survey on risk behaviors is open until May 4th. This survey aims to understand the needs of the EPFL population in terms of support and prevention in order to implement effective and relevant solutions. For this, we need your participation!

EPFL Promoting Respect :
The Promoting Respect e-learning aims to make the school’s position clear and to lay down a common basis for our social interactions in favor of a better life experience for all at EPFL. It is the result of a joint effort between several EPFL departments and AGEPoly. It concerns the whole community and we would like to raise the importance of partaking in order to participate in the common effort to make our campus more welcoming and safe.
