Copresidence
Together, the two co-presidents coordinate and support the committee members to ensure that their projects are carried out successfully. The co-presidency actively reflects on the association’s long-term strategy, but on a day-to-day basis, it is above all the AGEPoly representatives who are in charge: contact and exchanges with entities inside and outside EPFL are an important part of the work.

Administrator & IT Manager

Administrator
Responsible for all AGEPoly accounting: bank account management, committees and commissions, as well as our professional accounting tool maintained by our accountant. Preparation and presentation of the budget and accounts voted at the General Assembly. Analysis and allocation of subsidy and sponsorship applications.

Secretary General
Relieves the co-president of some of the operational tasks not assigned to any particular position, and monitors cross-functional projects. Internal coordination and continuous improvement: reread, follow up and give advice on this or that file from different positions so that no file falls through due to lack of follow-up. Overall, to keep abreast of what’s going on in all the association’s departments.

Co-chair for representation
The 2 co-chair for representation are in charge of coordinating student representation: election of delegates and organization of the CERES structure. Manage student representation at the school, notably through participation in the CDS. Work in collaboration with their team on position statements and various substantive issues to improve students’ day-to-day study conditions.

Chair for Services
In charge of offering services to students. Between Boursobouquins, Boursoskis and Boursovélos, the Services team is present all year round on campus to make students’ daily lives easier. Manages AGEPoly’s partnerships, providing students with special offers and discounts. Manages stocks of goodies and clothing at the L’Esplanade boutique.Organizes several distributions throughout the year.

Chair for Prevention
Leads various prevention initiatives, with the main task of managing the PolyPrev project. Promotes and brings together prevention initiatives on campus. Collaborates with health professionals to conceptualize its events. Organizes 2 blood donations a year and takes part in school discussions on prevention.

Events manager
A flagship role for campus entertainment. After organizing the first PolyNite party of the year, he goes on to organize various major events throughout the year, including Chalets de l’Avent, PolyNice, Back to Easter and Vivapoly. For each event, he has to manage the organization from A to Z, with a team at his side all year round.

Sport Manager
Organizes a wide range of sporting events to get the campus moving in a fun and friendly way. Whether it’s a ski weekend, sports initiation of all kinds, or sports tournaments, there’s something for everyone. It’s all about events! Take part in discussions with the school to better integrate sports on campus.

Communication Manager
Ensures the coherence of all AGEPoly communications. Her challenge is to keep an overview of all the events and projects organized by the other members of the steering committee, and to reach more and more students by communicating strategically in a fun and creative way. Works with her team on all kinds of communications: posters, social networks, photo and video projects, our newsletter and even our website!

Head of Commissions
Coordinates, supports and monitors our 17 committees. Has direct contact with them to help them on a daily basis, and organizes inter-commission or inter-association evenings to create interaction between commissions/associations on campus. Creates its own projects such as, in recent years, in-depth reflections on the structure of certain commissions.

Logistics Manager
Manages, repairs and lends equipment to campus associations and committees, so that they can carry out projects and events with good quality shared equipment. Plays a key role in many events! Manages and coordinates the use of AGEPoly premises. In charge of forklift drivers responsible for moving large items such as site barriers.

IT manager
To increase its productivity, AGEPoly has set up an IT team. It maintains a complete infrastructure and all Web services for its teams and commissions. This includes the website, internal tools for accreditations, logistics and accounting. The manager’s mission is to supervise the various projects and guarantee the sustainability of the solutions implemented.
