The information session took place on Tuesday 26 April at 12:15 on campus, in ELA 1.
Apply for the Executive Board
The application phases are over, except for the positions where there are less than two applicants, where it is possible to apply until 13 May by sending an email to comite@agepoly.ch.
Description of the Executive Board
The AGEPoly Executive Board is made up of 14 students who are committed to the whole community. They reflect and debate on issues affecting campus life, and represent all students to the school. In addition to this, each has a specific role to play: managing delegates, acting as an advocate, organising events or offering services to students, all of which are unique and rewarding.

Control Commissions
General Control Commission (CCG)
It shall ensure that all activities of the Association comply with the rules of the Association. It issues an advisory opinion.
Audit Commission (CCC)
It is responsible for verifying the legitimacy of the Association's financial movements and processes at the end of each accounting period.
Operational Control Commission (CCO)
It is an executive control body that monitors requests for challenges to decisions and lack of decisions by the Management Committee. It has the power to block, in a binding manner and on behalf of the GA, the decisions of the BoD relating to the subject of the challenge, or to bring the subject of the challenge to the GA. The CCO cannot block the convening of a GA by the CdD.

Apply during the GA! As there are eligibility criteria, it is complicated to apply in advance.
