We are pleased to invite you to the Ordinary General Assembly of AGEPoly which will take place on Tuesday, May 7th, 2024 at 6:15 p.m. in CO3,
and which will of course be followed by an apero ). You can find the agenda of this GA here.
The purpose of this evening is to elect the new Executive Board (also called “CdD” for “Comité de Direction”) of the Association, i.e. the people who will represent your interests to the School for the year 2024-2025 !
It is therefore very important to come and vote ! And yes YOU have the right to vote!
We also take this opportunity to announce the opening of applications for the Executive Board 24-25
as well as its Control Commissions !
What is the AGEPoly’s Executive Board ?
It is 14 students who invest themselves for the entire student community. Being part of it means representing all students to and from the School, but it also means learning to manage a team.
As a CdD, depending on your position and your desires, you can participate in animating the campus and/or helping students on a daily basis through services and advice.

- Discuss with us in person during the permanence that we will hold on April 16th from 12pm to 1pm during Back From Pâques, on Place Cosandey.
And the Control Commissions ?
You can also apply to the Commission de Contrôle des Comptes (CCC) or the Commission de Contrôle Générale (CCG) of the AGEPoly.

How to apply ?
Nothing could be simpler ! Send an email to comite@agepoly.ch with the position you are applying for and a photo of yourself.
For a CdD position, you have until April 17th to apply
(or until May 2nd if there are strictly less than 2 candidates for a position). If you apply, you will have to present yourself to the delegates and to our commissions
during the Chamber of Representatives which will take place on Wednesday, April 24th at 6:15 p.m. For the Control Commissions, you can apply by email or at the General Assembly.

How to vote ?
The votes will be organized electronically. For this, you will need a computer or a phone.
Don’t hesitate to write to us if you can’t get one on the evening of the GA.
All information regarding the use will be presented at the beginning of the GA.
In case of a possible malfunction, the hand-raising method or paper secret ballot will be used.
Finally, a few more things :
- All the points and technical details are explained on our website.
You will also find all the documents related to this GA no later than May 7th.
- The GA will be streamed on Youtube but only people with points will be filmed.
Be careful, watching the live stream does not allow you to intervene or vote, just to attend the debates !
- Don’t forget that AGEPoly is YOUR association, you are a member of it ! Don’t hesitate to share your questions, comments or suggestions with us at any time.
